Online Purchase Returns are accepted within 20 calendar days from date of purchase for full refund to your original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds made to an order where free shipping was applied will have the shipping cost deducted from the refund balance if the total sale is brought to under $100. Store credit in the form of an electronic gift card will be issued for any refunds from our live sales on Facebook.
In-Store Purchase Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days from date of purchase for full refund to your original form of payment. Items returned with a gift receipt will be refunded to a gift card.
Returned items must be unwashed and unworn. ALL items must be returned with tags/stickers attached and with original receipt. We reserve the right to refuse any item that shows signs of misuse, wear, odor, stains, damage or alteration. Returns WILL be refused if outside of return policy timeframe, if tags are missing or receipt is not present.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer using the shipping carrier of your choice. Please ensure you use tracking or consider insurance as we do not guarantee receipt of your return. Also ensure your returned item(s) is packaged properly to avoid damage. Damage incurred during shipping is not the responsibility of Willow District and we reserve the right to refuse returns.
- Gift cards, sale, last chance items, intimates, and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return.
- Please allow up to 15 days for the return balance to reissue to your credit card. Your bank or credit card company would be the best first contact if you have not received your return upon notification from Willow District that it has been processed. Please contact us after that time if you have not seen your return show up on your credit card statement.

- If you should receive a shipment from us that arrives damaged, please take a photo of the package itself and the damage that occurred during shipment -- and email it to shopwillowdistrict (at) gmail.com. If the carrier is present and the damage is evident, please show to the carrier immediately. This allows us to contact the carrier and report the damage properly for appropriate refund actions.
